Basketball Gods

Boy have the basketball gods been with the Jazz! Those of you that really know me, know that I'm a true, hardcore Jazz fan. If I'm at home watching the game I'll be yelling at the screen. If I'm at the game, I'll be booing Kobe Bryant and Derek Fisher.... and occasionally the officials. Kjarom and I were able to attend the Jazz/Laker game and lets just say we must be good luck charms. They never lose when we are there! We also were able to go to the historic Jazz/Cavs game last year when they won at the buzzer.

Here we are at the Jazz/Cavs game when we first started dating

Here we are 11 months later and happily married at the Jazz/Lakers game

Don't let the picture fool you!

This post is for all those that are living away from their parents. When you go out to buy dishwasher detergent, make sure it says dishWASHER detergent and not just dish soap. Was I really supposed to know the difference!? Don't trick me and put a picture of a shiny glass on the outside of the bottle. How could I not think that was for my dishwasher? This is what happens when you put dish soap in your dishwasher:

Don't worry, the floor is now very clean because the bubbles filled up the WHOLE kitchen. We only thought to take a picture when we were almost done cleaning up. So don't let my mistake become one of yours! OOPS!

One Step Closer

Yay! Kjarom was accepted into the PR program at BYU yesterday. I am so proud of him and all of his accomplishments. He is so determined and such a hard worker. I never had any doubts that he wouldn't get in. He had everything going for him. We are one step closer down our big journey. Kjarom hopes to go to Law school after he receives his PR degree. I know our Heavenly Father will continue to bless him. He has such a strong spirit and I know that everything will go just the way they are meant to go.

We went out and celebrated at his favorite restaurant Braza Grill in Murray. (:

I LOVE YOU SWEETIE AND I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!!

Love of my Life

August 19, 2010 - A date never to be forgotten.

We are so happy together and quite honestly don't know where we would be without each other. Our wedding day was simply amazing. Even though we got a down pour about thirty minutes after we came out of the temple... we still got quite a few good photos (which we have yet to order... we'll get there soon!). It soon cleared up though and the weather was perfect for our reception. I found myself having to step back to look around me. It's insane how quick the day went by. I want to take the time to thank all of those that were able
to be a part of our big day. It was so great to be able to celebrate with all our amazing family and friends. I will post a few photos that we do have from the day and once we finally pick out and receive our professional photos, they will be up!

Also, here is the link to our AMAZING wedding video: CLICK HERE
Chris McClain was our videographer and my breath was taken away by what he produced for us. To all those about to be married or will eventually, BOOK HIM! Spend less on the reception and put your money towards something you can keep and look at in the years to come. I could not be more happy with Chris. He will also be making us a longer video with different shots as well as family shots and outside the temple with all our friends/family.
